BookTube-A-Thon 2015 has come to a close and now I’m feeling reading withdrawals even though I haven’t stopped reading since. This was my first BookTube-A-Thon that I’ve participated in and it was the best thing ever! I heard of BookTube-A-Thon last year, but thought it to be too ambitious for my likes. And this year, I was going to take it on! And while I didn’t complete all 7 books, I did end up reading 6 books (Paper Towns, Hush Batman, Big Hero 6 manga, Nimona, Sisters, and Lumberjanes, Vol. 1) and 424 pages in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I’d say that was a HUGE success on my part! *party emojis*
I also didn’t expect to do anything but read this year, but after the first day, I dived right into it all! I did the Instagram challenges, almost all of the Twitter sprints, AND the daily video challenges! Yes, that is correct. I filmed, edited, and uploaded 7 videos! It’s probably what took away some of my reading time, but it doesn’t matter because they were fun and amazing! So here’s a wrap up of all the video challenges I done. As the the day went on, they go more and more challenging… kind of.
Day 1 aka the book domino challenge!
Day 2 aka the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever put on the internet!
Day 3 aka the book tower challenge!
Day 4 aka my funko book trailer for Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone!
Day 5 challenge aka the prince/princess challenge!
Day 6 challenge aka the chubby bunny challenge aka where I almost die!
Day 7 challenge aka the book stack challenge!
Can you believe I actually did all of those videos?! I’m so proud of myself. And just like my #TBRTakedown 2.0 vlog, I did a wrap up of BookTube-A-Thon 2015! I filmed a little bit each day and put all the clips together in one video. It signifies the end of BookTube-A-Thon 2015, but I’m pretty sure I need all the rest before 2016’s.
Did any of you participate in BookTube-A-Thon 2015?! Let me know, so we can talk books!
