Star Wars has always been a huge part of my life. Other than The Simpsons, I’d say it’d be #1. I fell in love with Star Wars at a really young age and have followed along with every show and movie ever since. I actually started this blog because Star Wars. The Clone Wars was ending and I had a few things to say about it. This here blog was at one time going to become (Fun fact!) a full time Star Wars news source. It was going to be titled, “Full on Force”. Fast forward a little bit later (I forget how old this blog is sometimes.) and now I’m here to share with you all my thoughts and reaction to… Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser trailer! What?! I can’t believe I just typed that. We have finally gotten the trailer of the year and it’s in the form of Star Wars. When they announced that 30 select theaters across the US would be getting the trailer first, I got upset. Simply because no theaters near me were playing it. THEN Star Wars announced it would be released on iTunes Trailers and then… it happened. My heart skipped a beat. New footage for Star Wars VII was at my finger tips. I freaked out, then pressed play!
Star Wars: The Force Awakens already looks like a GREAT film! And we’ve only seen 90 seconds! I loved the voiceovers (Still trying to figure out who it was exactly!), the stormtrooper,
the new droid, the new lightsaber (I really thought it looked cool! Maybe impractical? Possibly. But nonetheless, COOL!),
the new rebel pilot (Who is he?! I MUST KNOW!), and of course…
THE MILLENNIUM FALCON! (With Tie Fighters!)
Then the titles comes on the screen along with Star Wars main theme. I was so shocked with how amazing it was the first time I watched it, that during the second time, I got goosebumps. It brought back so many memories of Star Wars and even when I watched the prequel trilogy in theaters.
All in all, I still can’t believe that we finally have some footage for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. I am so in love with it. I know some people have been complaining, but for me, I found nothing wrong with it at all. It was so much fun and worth all the million times I’m going to re-watch it till December 2015. Let’s just all love Star Wars in peace and harmony. Deal? Deal.
